Strategic Plan 2030

During the 2024-25 school year, the OCPS Strategic Plan underwent a renovation. Led by Chief Strategy Office, the process solicited input/feedback from the superintendent, School Board members, staff, students, parents and community. The new plan, OCPS 2030, will guide the district’s work for the next five years.
