School Cash Online
How We Collect Funds
Our district now uses SchoolCash Online to complete transactions at all Orange County Public Schools.
SchoolCash Online is an easy to use and safe way to pay for your children’s school fees. Now, with a few clicks, you can pay for your child’s yearbook, class trips and so much more from your own home. All you have to do is register an account, attach your children and in no time you will be able to make payments online. SchoolCash Online accepts many different payment forms for the convience of our families.
SchoolCash Online automatically syncs with our Student Information System (Skyward) to generate accounts. During the 25-26 school year, a SchoolCash Online account is generated for the primary parent, using their preferred email address. The primary parent is the first parent/guardian listed in Skyward for each child. We recognize that many families may prefer more than one parent/guardian have to SchoolCash Online. Currently, this can be acheived using the “Share Access” feature. We encourage parents to access their SchoolCash Online accounts so they update their payment methods and share access, as needed. Beginning in the 26-27 school year and beyond, the district intends to create SchoolCash Online account for all parents/guardians on record in the Student Information System

As a registered parent, you can:
- Connect your account to up to five children
- Make purchases for items and services posted by your child’s school
- Add funds to your child’s account to use in the school cafeteria
- Use a variety of payment methods including credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and eCheck

- Access and print receipts
- Share access with additional parents/guardians

- Go to https://ocps.schoolcashonline.com and click Register.
- Enter your first name, last name, email address, and create a password
- Select a security question
- Select Yes to receive email notifications (note that you will not receive any promotional emails) ·
- You will receive a confirmation via email. Check your Spam folder if you don’t receive it.
- Use your email address and password to log in to your account.

- Sign in to SchoolCash Online: Click here to access
- At the top of the page, navigate to My Account.
- From the dropdown menu, select My Students.
- Click to add a child:
- Type your school board name.
- Choose your school from the list.
- Enter your child’s details.
- You may add up to 8 students to your account.
- Click Confirm.

Parents can update their language preference by clicking on English at the top right hand corner of the screen and toggling between English, French, and Spanish.

- Select the item which you would like to purchase & click Add to Cart.
- Once you have finished adding items to your cart, click Continue to make a payment.
