Employees or applicants who feel that they have been discriminated against, harassed or denied any rights as set forth in School Board Policies File GBA may file a complaint with the district Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) officer within 60 days of the initial incident(s). All complaints will be handled promptly and an efficient and timely investigation will take place, in accordance with the timelines prescribed in Employee/Student/Applicant Grievance/Complaint Procedures.
