Assessment Family Resources
Assessment Family Resources provides an overview of the Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) student assessments and a variety of resources to assist you in becoming familiar with the testing platforms, navigating the process and preparing your student for these assessments.

Beginning in the 2022-23 school year, Senate Bill 1048 will change state assessments by:
- Removing the requirement that grades 3-6 will be delivered in paper-based format
- Replacing the current grade-level summative assessment system with the Coordinated Screening and Progress Monitoring (CSPM) System (required in section 1008.25(8), F.S.)
The new Florida’s Assessment of Student Thinking (FAST) are given three times a year PM 1, PM2 and PM 3 (Progress Monitoring)
