At Orange County Public Schools (OCPS),  Government Relations is dedicated to fostering strong relationships between the school district and local, state, and federal government entities.

We support the mission of the district through our lobbying efforts aimed at; maximizing the total dollars made available for public schools; promoting the priorities of the Board to ensure effective and efficient operations, and zealously advocating against policies that undermine student success.

As the 8th largest district in the nation, and 4th largest in Florida, it is more important that Government Relations remains armed with timely, relevant and accurate information to keep not only our elected officials updated, but also
