The Student Surveys page was created as a result of Florida Statute section 1001.42. All data collection instruments (e.g., surveys, interview protocols, focus group protocols) must be in compliance with this new legislation and provide parents and guardians with the opportunity to review materials associated with research studies implemented in the school district.

Parents can opt out of having their children participate in research studies at any time.

UPCOMING AND CURRENT SURVEYS

At this time, there are no upcoming student surveys currently open for parent or guardian review. New surveys are posted here on a rolling basis to accommodate each surveys’ assigned time frame for review and opt-out.

STUDENT SURVEY OPT-OUT FORM

Parents who would like to opt their student out of participating in a student survey must complete the Student Survey Opt-Out form prior to the first day of the survey window.
